well I failed my glucose test now I have to do a 4 hour one πππ£ I did everything I was supposed too

I can't eat certain things or that much of it.I have to watch the portions especially if it's carbs and anything sweet.If it's soda only diet and no juices.I take my blood 4 times a day.Once when I wake up and 3 times, 1 after each meal(2 hrs after I eat) so I basically have to fast for 2 hrs after every meal.I have to track my meals and blood score on a paper ,and it helps me to know what spikes my numbers.
