I'm so upset...we were so close to buying our first home. then i find out that hardly any loan agencies will give us a loan for a mobile home...ugh!

I have tried quicken loans, and Amerisave, and i found out they don't. I called cascade because the Internet said they will but i haven't heard back from them yet. @green_smilezz
I'm going to keep looking and as soon as I find a letter from my company I'll let you know

If I have no credit, and have never gotten a loan before... How do I go about getting a $15k loan ?? Will the bank let me, or do I need to build credit first, or? 🤷♀️
Just got home from hospital, contractions 5 min apart so painful 4 cm walked in the hospital for hour and half no change told me to go home or walk some more , im in so much pain I couldn’t walk anymore so im home 😔
Oh jeez. Hubby wants to buy an old Pontiac fiero that "only needs the alternator" the people told him he has to get it this weekend or they will scrap it. So now he wants to get this huge loan to buy the car, pay off our current loan, and pay off some rent, THEN pay that loan with his tax return. I can't convince him not to. He just gets mad. So whatever I guess.
UPDATE: Hes mad but I ended up saying no.
I just got off the phone with cascade and so far it sounds good! they will finance for us as long as it meets a long lost of criteria. I'm applying now! hope they can help you guys as well! 🤗 @green_smilezz
