Gawd...this boy is so deep in my pelvis right now and it's uncomfortable. However, I'm taking full advantage and leaning into it so he can help this cervix put in some work. The more ripe my cervix is, the better for me in case i end up getting induced for this GD in 9 weeks.

Now if it was back pain I'd be complaining because that ain't helping my cervix lol. But a little cramping....sure bring it on lol @tayek

My son is really low too, what's some good exercises to do to help my cervix but I don't want to start labor lol

I'm the same way I'm hoping he comes on his own before I'm 39 weeks because at 39 weeks they will induce me for sure due to my diabetes.

@belly1996, there's almost no exercise that you can do that will make you go into labor. Over exertion and dehydration can though. So some squats, walking, yoga ball, toning your uterus with red raspberry leaf tea are all some good things to help get you ready
