My baby boy is 3 weeks and 3 days old.. and ABSOLUTELY refuses to sleep on his back.. for me to get him to sleep he has to be in his belly with his legs tucked.. otherwise he screams BLOODY MURDER. I an absolutely terrified of SIDS, so with him sleeping like that.. i get 0 sleep. How can I get him to sleep in his back, or is his belly fine ? PLEASE HELP.
I say the belly is fine. My son has been sleeping in his belly since was two weeks. He wakes up too much if he sleeps on his back. I also allow him to sleep on his side with his back against a pillow or if he's cuddling me or his dad. I think how a baby sleep has nothing to do with SIDS. I just starting hearing that. They tried to tell me that because my baby is formula feed, it increases the risk of SIDS. BS! Let the baby comfortable
he is probably colicy, so when he is on his back, he might be hurting. does he show any other signs of discomfort? elevate the mattress in his crib by putting a book under one side. i would be worried about sids too, so i completely understand.
My little one has trouble sleeping on her back too. She doesn't like to be swaddled and she jerks herself awake so I started to let her take naps on her belly during the day, so I could keep an eye on her. Eventually, I got comfortable enough to let her sleep at night on her belly.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
My son is one year old and i want him to go back and get use to sleeping in the crib I put him in the crib and all he does is cry and I spoke to his doctor and his doctor said let him cry like in 2 or 3 days he should get use to sleeping on his own has anyone try it ?
My son keeps rolling over and sleeping on his stomach when he sleeps, should I turn him on his back or let him sleep how he wants?
I feel like the worst mom ever
So it's is 230 and I wake up to my son screaming. We co sleep and I KNOW he was in between my husband and I. He was in the middle of the bed when I went to sleep. I KNOW that I fed him off my left side. I don't sleep walk. I didn't get up. My husband didn't get up. Yet somehow my son fell off the bed onto the floor. ? it's maybe two feet high and carpet but I feel so bad. He isn't old enough to crawl over me or crawl at all. He barely can roll from his back to be...
So my ex went to court and filed for visitation rights. I was served last week. I am not comfortable with our daughter being around him alone nor his mother which he lives with. I have proof of him asking me to take his drug test for his job for him in text messages and him texting me he was too high to drive and get our daughter milk. Is that enough to show the judge? As far as his mother she watches his son quite often and told us she gives him nighttime medicine if she has problems getting hi...
I let my daughter sleep on me on her stomach so she gets used to it. She hates her back also. Now I've noticed when she turns her head and it nuzzles into me she will automatically turn it so she can breathe freely. It's making me more comfortable and confident so that when she eventually sleeps in her crib I won't be as scared
