My hospital gives a new car seat after delivery but we won't use it. I highly doubt it's one of the top rated crash test/safety brands. With car seats safety is the #1 most important factor! 😁

You can check if your hospital will give u one after delivery..I already had one for my first born ...but they also provided a car seat cause I had it in my boyfriends car which he was working when I was getting released so I wouldn't have to wait the hospital provided a car seat ..so I left earlier...
