feeling cramps and pressure lower back and abdomen and nauseous , im 36 weeks , i did not feel this…

I put biofreeze on my back or a heating pad

And the nausea or vomiting I just try not to eat so much

definitely gonna try that out! and yeah me too i haven't been eating much for the same reason 😐 @sweetcheaks43
