Update:
I called and requested a HCG again as my spotting was one time and no other symptoms. After being told I was miscarrying without concrete evidence I didn't want to give up. My hcg was 27,800 as of yesterday compared to 15,000 on 9/21. Still not the rise they expect but it is a rise. She wants to repeat ultrasound on Friday and wants me started on Progesterone suppositories tomorrow night when I get them. Hoping for the best and continue prayers. Any ladies use the suppositories or have experience with low progesterone?

I did in the beginning of my pregnancy. My hcg levels didn't go up a lot and they sent me home telling me I didnt have a viable pregnancy. Two weeks later I went back because I didn't miscarry like they said to find out my baby was healthy. Fast forward he's 7 months and healthy. I'm praying for you
