if your nauseas all the time while pregnant ,what are some food you guys recommend to eat,or what did u guys eat when having nauseas problems ?.. pls help!

the only things I can think about and actually do want is like cheerios ,the plain ones....oatmeal....toast.....but like I don't think that's all ok to just eat always.... right?

@reaganmommy2015, the thing is I don't throw up at all , I just have real nasty nauseas and like even the thought of food makes me feel nasty 😞

ty so much ladies , I want to eat NOTHING ,I don't throw up but I just feel so nauseas that I want to eat nothing...and yes @shylamarie OJ is horrible on me,my stomach literally burns ,also with spicy food ,I love it and I can have none now..I'm only 8 weeks

ginger, fennel, and peppermint will help. eating greasy foods will make you feel more nauseous.

Also I noticed that my prenatals made me really nauseas if I took them in the morning, so I switched to nights

Saltine crackers, oatmeal, milk, definitely no citrus like orange juice killed me! Still does at 20 weeks!
