is it ok to drink coffee and breastfeed. I seem to crave it everyday now that I'm not pregnant anymore

I do with no issues. My preemie was on caffeine when he was still itty bitty so I figure caffeine isn't bad. lol. I would say try it, but stop it baby seems fussy, gassy, or doesn't want to sleep. You should be okay though.

I would say just about 50mg worth of caffeine is ok, I ebf also and have had a few decaf coffies, I havent had a regular one yet
