I took my baby to the doctor Friday because he was grunting like he was in pain and was congested.. he examined him and said that everything was normal. I had asked at his last appointment if maybe he was lactose intolerant because his dad is and so is his grandma, and he grunts like it's hurting him to go to the bathroom and has wet sounding farts. She didn't even let me finish, just said it's normal and my breastmilk would be the best thing for him. well today, my baby is grunting like he's constipated and is so irritable. any suggestions?

@sparklymama I was thinking about trying that to see..and no, what's gripe water? I'm wiling to try anything
you could try and cut the dairy but the vitamin d is needed... have you tried gripe water? babygirl had the same issue and gripe water has been a lifesaver
@akeelah_naomi_mommy yes I am. and the only thing I eat a lot of is dairy. I still eat balanced like I'm still pregnant to make sure he's getting enough nutrients and try to refrain from junk food. I'll try that. it's just killing me because he's crying like he's hurting
are you breastfeeding?? it could be something your eating? my daughter was like that i give her some gas drops and the leg exercise where you push them into her belly then pull them out again
