baby's having a hard time pooping.. any advice? she's one month.

lay her on her back, put her legs up like when we were in labor and push them back into her belly. not too hard but to where she'll start pushing. hold for maybe 6 seconds then release. keep doing for a couple minutes. she might or might not poop right at the moment but if you continue to do it the whole day every couple hours she'll poop.
