Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
These things are great !! I got 2 ounces out of my right one while he was on my left! I didn’t have this i would have wasted 2 ounces by just letting it leak😦

Anyone have any good advice on to get more milk supply? I keep pumping but it’s barely half an ounce from both sides together. I have been thinking about ordering some lactation cookies from milky momma. Any tips? Ps this is my first baby.

@smilingwithmyawesome4kids, it surprised the heck outta me! I legit DO like it. Especially today. It is so convenient, and it fits in my stroller tray!!!
