Yes happened to my coworker. She didn't listen and rest herself and ended up out a long time on bedrest.

i already have a restriction at work. just worried. alot of pain, an im still swollen from yesterdays work day an i have an appt today.

Yes, they can if they feel it is a threat to the child. They can also put in an order to restrict your work if possible.
