Question.. so there has been this joke about people making a pregnancy announcement but it's a joke, am I wrong for saying that it's not okay to do that? Because apparently I am such a horrible person for defending what I think is wrong or right and I believe joking about pregnancy is nothing to play with. Opinions? This is my original post on Facebook, because I was sick of seeing all the "jokes"
It's not just about the people having miscarriages, it's about the people who hope and pray for two little lines or a plus sign to pop up on a piss test, the ones who pray for morning sickness and to get fat and have stretch marks on their ass and hate themselves for it but then love them once they see what comes out of them. I just don't get why people can't see that it's wrong to make a joke about being pregnant, when there are so many woman who are trying their hardest to conceive, most of them knowing that their chances are slim to none.. at 15, I was told I would never have kids due to overactive rupturing cyst on my ovaries, kidneys and inside my uterus. When I was 15, I wasn't thinking about having kids, or starting a life with someone until I met the man I now call my husband a couple months after that. Then reality hit. After you settle with someone and start making life plans but tell your significant other that there may be a chance you can't give him the things he wants in life, it's just not a joke.. @ellieinmybelly @vicky810 @itsjasmine
I have a friend on Facebook who always is faking a pregnancy. She's currently faking one right now actually. And I've talked to her but she doesn't understand that pregnancy is nothing to fake about. She doesn't treat it like a joke but I mean honestly, how many times are you going to say your pregnant and then when people start asking questions, say you have a miscarriage? It's ridiculous
idk I've experienced 3 miscarriages and I really don't see nothing wrong with it to much if its amongst friends ..but not on the book ... I think it's because I just do t like fb anyway
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Yes that's what I'm referring to, but I guess I'm the only one who sees the problem with it.
