which high chair?

Please someone recommend a good high chair that is no more then 70 bucks. I keep looking at ones on Amazon but keep reading some scary reviews. I would like it to fold, but not necessary, and it needs to recline. Thanks

My son's high chair is very flimsy and quite wobbly... are any of your high chairs like that? I don't think high chairs are suppose to be that way...
