y'all are married I'd say they wont and just make you pay a fine
i hope they dont we came down here to virginia for work /: and he cant get a license he only had an internacional one wich were we where staying did accept it in kentucky and we dont have kids i had a misscariage this month :( im really nervouse but we are married i hope we just pay and he wont be deported

@amberjacq, my husband is illegal im resident and you think they deport him
but I think it's different in every state in Tennessee you can get up to 30 days in jail or a 50$ fine
the judge will probably give you options I don't think they'll put you in jail over that I think you just pay a fine or go to traffic school
im really nerveouse thinking if theres a racist judge and tries to send him and yes we are married im resident @myramercado made me calm a little hope they dont
if you guys are married and you are legal there shouldn't be a problem with him being deported . they shouldn't .
it depends on the state. if is the first time you might got just a ticket to pay and maybe 6 months interdiction of applying for a driver's license. you can always negotiate with the prosecutor
its my husband who was driving neither one have a license his illegal we are coming to virginia for work and he has a international license but the police didnt accpt it and send him to court and the internacional license he has does accepted in ky where we were living at and im scared they will try and send him to mex :(((
They'll also set up a payment plan if you don't have a job they won't lock you up
