So I have to glucose test tomorrow and I'm not sure if I can eat or not before I go?? It's at 9am, can y'all help?

I'd ask them. I ate scrambled eggs with cheese and a piece of toast before mine even though it was in the afternoon. tried to stay away from refined carbs til after the test

they told me not ro eat for 12 hours before

My dr recommend if I ate, high protein was the way to go 2 hours before

you just cant eat an hr before. i had a mt dew 2 hrs before mine and passed. id say eat what you want until that hr before

Yea idk I'd prolly stay away from fruit... they have alot of sugar in it. just to be safe!

Fruit is fine! I ate a few clementines and was fine!

I would say you can eat before the one hour. I just didn't eat anything with sugar in it. good luck girlie!

before the test I mean

if is the one hour test yes you may eat not to much , but not the 3 hours one

after they give you the drink you cant eat nor drink anything for an hour
