Hey moms,
It's been a while since I've been on here. But I need help. My son just turned one and all of a sudden he has been waking up at night screaming and won't stop unless I'm holding him. We never had this problem before. It makes it even harder is the fact that my fiancé gets mad and makes me take our son into the living room so he can sleep. I feel like I am doing a lot of this by myself just so he doesn't have to be "bothered" with this kind of things. If anyone has any ideas of what may be going on with my DS or ways to help with the waking up problem please let me know.

I would chat with your pediatrician about the symptoms. The first thing that came to mind for me was night terrors, which can have them waking suddenly in an upset state. Most kids outgrow them. But, it could also be teething pain, a growth spurt causing some discomfort - definitely give your doc a call or go in if it keeps happening.
