Stop picking/touching! Just wash with warm water to open/clean pores than do cold water and tap to dry.. also try witch hazel just dap a little on a cotto ball before bed and leave it on the affected areas, it worked for me when I had breakouts with my first son

When I was in high school and all the way up to adulthood in my early 30's I was getting bad cyst like pimples. The dr prescribed meds and they didn't work. It was so embarrassing. I did some research and seen the cocoa butter is supposed to reduce scars and help prevent wrinkles and even skin cancer so I bought a jar of Palmers cocoa butter (the greasy formula) not the lotion. I apply it once a day to my face under my makeup and have for 4 years. Everyone says I look way younger than 37 and I have gotten rid of the pimples! It's a miracle it seems!! I've had prolly less than 10 pimples since I've used it. I love it and won't turn from it. Idk if it works for everyone but it does for me. I bought some for my daughter because she's getting acne but she hates the greasy feeling but it's a great moisturizer under the makeup! I can't go without it!
