I started my period today. Baby girl will be six months October 3rd so I guess that's pretty good. But I have endometriosis and my cramps are coming back full force. I just wanna make sure I'm right; I can only take Tylenol while breastfeeding correct?

You can take ibuprofen as well. Drs recommended I take it after I gave birth for the pain since I had so many stitches . They said some does go in our breastmilk but not enough to cause any harm to baby. I also have very bad cramps during my period and Tylenol is basically does nothing for me . So I do take ibuprofen for that as well
