I found out late in my second trimester that one of my twin girls was growing slower than the other. I was sent to a high risk ob and had a level two ultrasound and a Doppler every week to monitor and the high risk ob told me that I could still carry my girls to term. I had a c section at 35 weeks, my baby that was smaller has been in the NICU for 2 1/2 weeks because she was just under three pounds.
I found in third trimester, sent me to high risk doctor for level 2 ultrasound, was underweight because placenta could not handle his growth and produce what he needed, delievered at 35 weeks, was 3 11 and out of hospital in 4 days
