is it bad to lay on your left side while pregnant and back????? How do you lay in bed???

I layed on both left & right side..

sleep however you are comfy I sleep on either side or my back

I never had problems sleeping on my back but I could only sleep on my right side most of the time. When I wanted to lay on my stomach I put my son's boppy pillow around it so I wasn't on my stomach and it helped elevate me more.

your left side is what is recommended for pregnant women to lay on because your organs are on the other side. The only reason why they say not to lay on your back is because the baby could start blocking off of vein that goes to your legs back up to your heart. but I sleep on my back all the time and I have never had any problems and my baby is just fine and I'm just fine.

Left side is preferred.... right side is good too. Back is no good, stomach is no good
