Debating on wether to take my LO to Urgent Care or wait til tomorrow to see his doctor. No fever, just spit up full meals, bit eats again and keeps them down. He's more fussy and wont nap.

@green7dusty, consistent green stools could indicate a problem, but babies can have all sorts of colors of stool on occasion. Especially breastfed babies.

My little guy has done this to me twice already. He'd nurse, vomit explosively, then scream until I nursed him again. When his belly was full again, he'd go to sleep like nothing happened. If he doesn't have a fever, I wouldn't worry about it. Sometimes babies just eat past their fill line 😃
