I can't remember when my last period was. My estimate is the last week of April. I had my first ultrasound and she dated me 16 weeks-6 days. I told her I wasn't sure when I had my LMP. Are her results accurate?

If you don't know when your last period was then our guess is as good as hers (actually her guess is better because she based the dating on the size of your baby etc)

What I read is that based on her measurements of the baby and fluid....the accuracy should be on point.
But the fact is, I didn't keep track of my LMP around the time I got pregnant so that is really throwing me off. I've been trying to calculate when the conception was.

Also if your last period was at the end of april you'd be closer to 20 something weeks.
