Lochia is disgusting. It had an odor at first. No one informed me of this. I was so insecure about smelling.

yesss, I showered like 4X a day. then I'd wear giant underwear then shorts and then sweatpants. That was the worst part more than the after pain. @orionsmomma

I've never heard of that before! And I too, was insecure about the smelling. No matter how much I washed and showered. 😭😭 this is very good to know for new mothers!
