I would be careful with the tums bc they can cause kidney stones and fibroids on the placenta. take Zantac

@michelle2220, @reyesmomma my dr actually told me NOT to take zantac and to only take tums. i guess every dr is different

Yea I wouldn't take that zantac crap. I only take tums every now and then. I eat yogurt and drink milk when I have heartburn

@reyesmomma, are you serious? tums have calcium in them and if you're prone to Calum stones don't take it. I can't take them unless I wanna get more and possibly die bc I only have one kidney. plus my midwife told me about taking too many tums and what happens. there is a reason why you're only supposed to take a few and not too many and that's why. I've been taking Zantac since baby was little and she's perfectly fine and I've never heard of a Dr saying you can't when it's on the list on medications you can take. but do not call me a fool I can guarantee you I've been through so much more then most moms have been through to know what I'm talking about. I don't just listen to doctors I've spent nights studying things so I'm not an idiot when I say things.
