So we took in my husband's 16 year old brother because his mom kicked him out. We have fought more in the past week he's been here than we have the entirety of our relationship. I want to send him back in 2 weeks. Because it's tearing our marriage apart... and we have an 8 day old baby boy. His brother is just too much for me. Am I wrong for wanting to send him back?

Girl send him back you shouldn't have to worry about a 16 year old trouble maker in your home while you just had a baby. Don't let this boy come between you guys, it's defiantly not worth it.
I would talk to your brother in law and tell him to get out of your life and also talk to his family. You are married therefore you could make decisions too, on your own or without him if he isn't on board, lol after all it's to save your relationship!
