I had this while I was pregnant it's called an octurnalmigrane. The doctor prescribed me extra strength Tylenol. Sit down drink a lot of water and the only thing that made me better was sleep..
@hiswifetheirmama, @mommatay22 y'all were right it's a migraine, I have never had one before, I took some motrine and it's gotten somewhat better thank you I will take Tylenol next time

No problem. They can be pretty scary! I had never had them before I got pregnant either. But since I had my daughter I haven't had another one
