im 4 weeks pp with a csection and i still have alot of swelling on my lower stomach, for i guess walking ALOT at work ....what can i do to reduce the swelling?
should I be worried if I have sudden massive swelling in my legs??
I haven’t started swelling yet , I really I hope I don’t swell at all .
I swear I'm like the only person with over 800 post.. I see people in 200s -& 300s mostly 😑😑 maybe I talk alot lol
I'm 27 weeks. Should I be concerned about this much swelling?
I haven't had too bad of a time with swelling this entire pregnancy.. Just the occasional minimal ankle swelling when I've been on my feet all day.. But now my feet have ballooned up and I had them up! I wasn't on my feet. Should I be concerned?

Try not to walk too much I had crazy swelling after birth lasted me like a week. Good luck
