Squirt bottle and mesh underwear. They were a life saver for me. And the mesh underwear were so freaking comfy.

@mommy2babyg, 😬😂 I would have been tiredddd!!! it happened all too fast for me. She checked me and I was 8 cm 5 mins later I was 10 and I was pushing. I pushed for like 10 mins!!

I used everything except that link seat thing. I like the bottle the best. And I wish I had more ice packs.
