Mommies , my baby who will be 4weeks tomorrow have these red whitehead bumps on her face && chin , she also have a few on her ears && neck... Have any of you seen them on y'all newborns , if so did they go away ? && what caused them ?

If your breastfeeding just apply some milk on them they disappear right away

switch to a natural baby bath product. I like baby BurtsBees and skip the lotions. Also if you nurse use your breastmilk on baby's face and maybe even add it to her bath water. my children haven't had big issues with baby acne at all even though they both have very sensitive skin. It took me about 2 weeks to figure it out with my first but as soon as I switched products, I noticed a big difference
