Someone please help me. I'm majorly constipated. I've tried EVERYTHING!! Doctor has even given me stuff and nothing is working. I haven't been to the toilet for about a week. I'm in agony. Does anyone know any sort of relief or know anything that will help move it along???
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Anyone know anything about private renting I'm having troubles with guarantors and I don't know if there's anyway around it I have no clue about this stuff so if anyone could help me out 😫

What has the doctor given to you? Try high fibre brown (not the flakes the little sticks). Lactulose usually helps but needs prescription I think x

I was so constipated for literally months while pregnant it was agony. And nothing helped me. I found literally the day before he came that it was down to my hips moving because of pregnancy and I should of gone to physiotherapy but I never bothered. I remember being in pain with my hips at the start of my pregnancy and then I really suffered 😒 drink loads of fluid and lactose is good too
