gained 4lbs since last appt. still down 7 for pregnancy she said but she said baby is growing and measuring just right and she isn't worried about my weight as of right now.

guys does this look like two sacs? the lady didn't say anything when she was doing the ultra sound but someone said it looked like it so I'm kinda freaking out right now.
Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
