I had anxiety before getting pregnant and it went away while i was pregnant, and now it seems to be back but even worse. Thinking i may have to go back on anti-depressents just to get rid of it...
Honestly it's been a struggle. Things are finally getting better tho. Distracting myself from it with little tasks seems to help a little and talking through it with someone. When I was younger it used to be really bad so I went to Therapy once a week and honestly it helped so much. Sounds crazy but I used to get like physical symptoms like I felt like I was having a heart attack and my therapist would tell me to do jumping jacks, said if I was actually having one I wouldn't be able too. It's little tricks I learned there that help me deal with it. Also learning what your triggers are. Like when you get anxiety try and think about what you were doing/thinking at that time and write it down as often as you get them.
That happened to me too seems to be getting a bit better now that it's not so hot here and I can get out for walks. I'm trying to stay away from the medication myself but anxiety sucks.
