These back spasms won't lighten up at all. It literally goes all the way up my back to the front of my chest. Little man threw up so I was changing his bedding and washing him up and my back was spasing so bad that I could hardly move it. Something has got to give.. This is an everyday multiple times a day thing.

with me I had a ton of knots in my back and pinched nerves...my aunt ended up doing some massage type stuff to help...my little one was always towards my back which didn't help

That's where he is sometimes is towards my back. His head is already dropping I'm so ready have him out. @mamaberger
