I pump once a day if I'm home with her and pump 2-3 times while at work. That milk goes in the freezer for daycare.

I do both. but the milk I pump, I usually dump. I have an over supply, so it doesn't bother me.

I do. It's not difficult, but finding your rhythm can be tricky.

I do! I pump in between feeds, occasionally I'll give her what I've pumped but mostly it's been getting out into the freezer.
