@rennysmommy, just let it sit. Hand express or nurse in the other side to get a let down and then just resuction ever 5-10 minutes. I love mine. @akeelah_naomi_mommy it's totally worth it.

I have a similar one from Hakkaa. No lid but same shape. $20 for one regular price. I'm thinking of getting another one
