I just saw that she's only four weeks! First of all congrats ! It's possible she's going through a little growth spurt at this time too so maybe just keep an eye on her. You'll start to recognize her behavior when going through growth spurts (she'll have another one at six weeks! ) if your breastfeeding the best thing you can do is feed feed feed! As much as possible if she's getting sick your body will sense that and create antibodies to help your baby fight it off. My daughter went 6 1/2 months without getting sick and only got sick recently when my husband got us sick but he had way worse symptoms and all me and her got were stuffy noses and sneezing! She was warm one night her temp was 101.2 but it went away quick and we were only sick for about two days !

Yes it's possible she could just be starting to get sick and could progress throughout the day or overnight 😕
