Does anyone have any advice for switching from supplementing to exclusively breastfeeding?
Also you can try mothers milk tea but I forgot the most important thing is WATER and lots of it!
Feed every chance you get your body works off of supply and demand the more your baby demands the more your body will supply! You can eat/cook breastfeeding superfoods i.e. Avocado, almonds, almond milk, flax seed, Brewers yeast, bananas , oatmeal. I'll include an image of some other foods but Pinterest has great recommendations for foods and lactation smoothies or cookie recipes etc.. Your awesome for wanting to breastfeed you can do this mama!
