So I've always been a pretty firm believer in breastfeeding my baby on-demand. i didn't bother with a schedule or trying to "regulate" her. I've been keeping track of the times she decides to eat for the past week, and i've noticed she actually eats around the same times every day, so we actually do have a schedule and we didn't even have to try!
