Can mucas plug be just a big glob of white and clear no blood?

Yes. There doesn't have to be any bloody show but it wouldn't be white. I believe it'd be green

You can lose your mucus plug multiple times and it'll grow back. ☺

just wait it out till contractions are closer together or your water breaks
