I would call Dr and ask to be sure. I had a lot of back pain and pressure when I was 32 weeks and it turned out I was going into labor. they were able to stop it, but I didn't even know.

make sure you stay hydrated. even the slightest dehydration cab give you those uncomfortable cramps. have some Gatorade!
