@missjess, oh he was like that with me in the beginning too. I figured it was because the nurses were sticking him every time they took his clothes off or his pampers.. but I did it slowly.. once i was able to give him a bath and he realized naked meant shower he calmed down a lot.

@missjess, I had a c section so I had no choice but to have him co sleep with me, but now he hates it. I swear he sleeps longer in his crib than he does in the bed w us.

@jacesterlingsmommy, that's how it was for me to the first couple weeks until I just had him sleep with me. It was the only way I was going to get some sleep it had been like 4 days of maybe an hour or 2 of sleep I was desperate!! I really really don't like him sleeping with me, and I'm still enforcing his bed but to get any sleep he usually is with me😶

My son isn't a fan of having his diaper changed or getting dressed. But he is getting better. He will have a fit and act like someone is torturing him lol

Yeah when my son wakes up he acts like he's staving like he hasn't eaten in a week. Lol. I'm like really son?! 😑 @sharondeshonta

Mine was like that a first too. He wouldn't sleep in his bassinet. I think I held him in bed for the first 3 or so weeks so he'd sleep but I wouldn't really get restful sleep. @missjess

@missjess, I change him before and after "Mr" hates being dirty 😑. @jacesterlingsmommy girl this boy will sleep for a full 3 -4 hours like that..and then wakes up screaming bloody murder. 😔. The bad part is. It's only at night. So if I pass out w him I won't know until he wakes up

Mine falls asleep and keeps eating too. But sometimes right at the beginning he'll fall asleep and let's go. He also wakes up a lot when I put him down. It's so tiring having to hold him all the time, like I just need 10 mins to myself lol

Yeah there's times when he had done that and I tried everything and just gave up because I figured he had enough. When he was doing that he was waking up every 2 hours anyway so he wasn't going long in between feedings. @sharondeshonta

Yeah I change him before he eats too. He's 3 months old now though and doesn't really fall asleep or he does at the end but still keeps eating @missjess

@jacesterlingsmommy, laying him down doesn't do anything, I've gotten him used to when he is falling asleep he is put down... but I try everything even sitting him up and he still knocks out w out finishing.

@jacesterlingsmommy, the hospital told me I should always change him before he eats. Which I never really thought of, but it makes sense because they fall asleep eating, so why wake them up.

@jacesterlingsmommy, oh how I wished those things worked. He would wake up for his pamper and as soon as the bottle goes in his mouth he is knocked out.

@missjess, omg yes or when you trying to put them to sleep to be able to go out in the car w out them screaming...

I've had the same problem before. What usually woke him up was laying him back down or changing his diaper.

My son falls asleep all the time when he just starts feeding I'm like no wake up! it's hard to wake him up too. But it sucks especially when I'm crammed for time and he needs to be fed.
