I just wanted to share my experience and birth story. I started contracting consistently last night at about 9:00 PM. Contractions were about 3 minutes apart and a minute long when I got to the hospital at 12 and was at 6cm. Labored all night naturally with no interventions and completely no pain medication. At about 9AM this morning I was at a 9 and still declined my membranes being ruptured. At about 11AM I started feeling the intense urge to push, but I also felt like I NEEDED my water broken. We broke it and she was born at 11:32 AM, with no pain medication, and my water being broken the only intervention. I refused coached pushing and she literally came on her own. @mommy.to.sterling, there was a lady on WTE app that said her baby came out on her own. Didn't even realize it until she told the nurse she felt something. I thought that was crazy.

@mommy.to.sterling, They will. You can actually just breathe them out but I HAD to push when I felt like it. I couldn't help it. @mommachick2016 Thank you ❤️
