Try a stool softener with a laxative. Or just the stool softener. They have a natural one made our of prunes.

I've been eating like if I was pregnant..real healthy but IDK. it really varies. I hope it passes soon. staying hydrated helps.

No stitches and still had tons of pain up until like a week ago! I finally pooped normal 9 weeks pp, crazy what the body does!

I have no idea. there are some days where it's easier to go and others it's a struggle. Dr recommended stool softeners, but I don't want it to intervene with my milk supply.

lol yeah I know the feeling , hopefully it gets better soon , took a few weeks for me probably about a month @ambyjay7 you can try eating more fiber or taking a fiber supplement like colace it helps
