So for the first 2 weeks of my child's life we stayed with my parents so she was never put down. And now they see her everyday and hold her the whole time. Not she won't let me put her down without screaming. I feel like a bad parent but should I just let her cry it out or should I pick her up. She will be 4 weeks Thursday. We only have 2 weeks until daycare starts for her and I work there so I don't want my coworkers to hate me because she cries. I really just need some help.

tell them not to hold her constantly it'll benefit in the long run. your child, your rules momma she'll be okay to cry it out a bit. just not for hours and hours

Thank you guys. I think I'm going to tell people to let her cry it out. @aileenlove09

She doesn't like having her arms held in so I try swaddling her lower half but she still cries. I let her cry sometimes but sometimes I feel bad and hold her. @queenofexpecting

have you tried swaddling when you pay her down? I feel like that could help. personally I would let her cry, to an extent. you don't want to get her into the habit of throwing a fit when she's not being held.

pick her up momma there is no such thing as spoiling a baby. i dont do the CIO method but if you do thats ok however baby is too young to self soothe.. So if she wants held just snuggle her a little longer❤
