just put some in hot water and cover it(it's really important to cover teas when u makem othwrwise theyll lose some of the good things they have. and then just strain. sometimes they sell this special thing where u can put tea in it let me check for pic x

@abbham95, oh no they dont do it in shops hun just buy the dried herbs and do it yourself. i dont know if pharmacys her in england have it but in switzerland they sell all this herbs that u can ask in grams to make tea. xx

Never heard of thyme tea before but I love thyme so I'll keep my eye out for that when I go shopping! Thank you @apunini xx

thyme tea is really good for colds/flu. thyme has "something" that helps desinfect the body xx

Try putting some olbas oil in the shower with you Hun... Obviously not on the floor of shower where it'll just get washed away, but on the wall so it's activated by the steam. Xx
