She keeps straining and raising her legs up. Is there anything I can do to help her?

Don't know how old your little one is but don't think you can use gripe water until she's a month old. A little Cooled boiled water & cycling her legs may help

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
It may be gas hun xx
