My GP told me, that it's absolutely ok (he's always telling that), BUT I can't stand up, turn over in bed without the REALLY bad pain. And it's painful for me to walk as well.
I've called to hospital and MW had told me to get paracetamol and wait for physiotherapy.. But how should I deal with this pain until that?
@ thank you so much! yes, I've refused pills too.. I've never had a bath though pregnancy, so I'll be really happy to try this (I adore bath, but wasn't sure how hot can it be) Could you tell me please, what water temperature is optimal? Thank you!
I had spd from 19weeks with no3 and it was agony. I refused all meds even though it's ok to take codiene. Best advice I was given that actually works to a degree is to keep your knees together when rolling in bed, when getting out of bed keep your knees together and do it slowly, when getting in and out a car put a carrier bag under your bum and keep your knees together, don't walk for long periods without breaks in between, warm baths help, hot water bottles help,
