Has anyone on here experience bad lower back pain from cleaning or lifting things? I'm in the process of moving and, I've done a lot these past two days and, when I lay down, I feel a pain in my lower back.

you're not supposed to lift a lot of things I do know that, what did you lift?
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
